Necie received an accounting degree from Millsaps College and is a Certified Public Accountant. She obtained an M.B.A from the University of Tennessee - Chattanooga and spent several years serving as Chief Financial Officer and CEO for various healthcare organizations before joining Personal Financial Planning in 2015. Necie is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and serves on the board for the Gulf States chapter of the Financial Planning Association. She has been an instructor for graduate studies at Springhill College and served on numerous boards for local nonprofit and civic organizations.
Following a successful career as a Human Resources professional for a Fortune 500 company, and after raising her family, Sue pursued her interest in helping others as a financial professional and formed Personal Financial Planning in 1994. She has served on the investment committees of several national organizations including the national advisory Board of McDonald's Charities Investment Program and Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, Inc. Sue earned her B.A. degree from Emory University, M.S Ed. from Indiana University, and M.B.A. from University of Cincinnati, and has been an instructor in the College of Business at the University of Cincinnati and the Mitchell College of Business at the University of South Alabama.
